3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Imhotep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Imhotep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• You may export all your data in excel sheet format
• All outstanding fees become immediately due
